How do you think the children benefitted from this experience?

They gain new experiences and skills outside their school and home experiences. We had mixed year groups so they also made friends with children they had not spent time with before. Many seemed to genuinely be interested in continuing to take up gardening, planting etc after the experience. The children enjoyed the BBQ-it was nice to have an end result and to meet Levi, who shared some lovely words with our children.
