Join The Green Project – Make a Difference in Croydon!
Pamper Indulge & Give is a non-profit based in Croydon, proudly funded by The National Lottery. We're looking for dedicated, enthusiastic individuals to join our Green Project team, supporting children aged 5–11 as they discover the joys of growing their own food, learning about sustainability, and building life-long skills.

Volunteer Garden Helpers (Unpaid Role)
Type: Volunteer (Unpaid)
Location: Bensham Manor Allotments, Thornton Heath
Hours: 2 hours per week (minimum)
Commitment: Term time, with occasional sessions during Easter and Summer holidays
Do you love being outdoors and working with children? We’re looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to assist weekly at our allotment. You don’t need gardening experience—just a positive attitude, willingness to help, and a love for nature and children.
Your role will include:
• Supporting lead gardeners with sessions
• Helping children with planting and gardening tasks
• Being a familiar, trusted presence each week
*You’ll need a DBS check, and we ask for consistency so children can build trusted relationships.

Session Gardeners (Paid Role)
​Type: Paid Position
Pay Rate: £21.50 per hour
Hours: 2 hours per week (minimum)
Location: Bensham Manor Allotments, Thornton Heath
Commitment: Term time, with occasional sessions during Easter and Summer holidays
We’re also hiring experienced, committed gardeners to join our team. You’ll work directly with children, leading and supporting gardening sessions alongside other passionate team members.

Ideal candidates will:
• Be confident gardeners (no allotment needed!)
• Enjoy teaching and engaging with children
• Be reliable and DBS-checked
